UVM Fleming Museum Panel on the Concept of “Home”

As part of the Fleming’s autumn House to Home exhibit, this discussion highlights anthropological and archaeological perspectives on what makes a home. Panelists consider what objects of material culture, stories, and other traces of occupation from communities in historical Vermont, the Caribbean, and the itinerant Romani people of Europe, can tell us about the diverse ways that people create a home.
